EN 853 steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose specifications: It is made up of three parts: a tube, reinforcement, and a cover. Tube: high-quality synthetic rubber compositions provide abrasion and corrosion resistance to the hose. One layer of high tension braided steel wire reinforces the hose, making it resistant to high pressure. Synthetic rubber with abrasion, weather, ozone, and ageing resistance. Hydraulic hose is mostly utilised in hydraulic systems with high pressures. It’s commonly used to transport glycol, mineral oil, fuel, lubricants, emulsion, and other liquids. It’s abrasion, corrosion, and high-pressure resistant. There are three pieces to it: tube, reinforcement, and cover. Because of the tube, it is abrasion and corrosion resistant. It can also withstand high pressures thanks to the high tensile steel wire reinforcing. Furthermore, the cover with the fabric imprint makes it resistant to weather, ozone, ageing, and sunlight.
